Our Story
How we met
Funny enough, our story started in 2020… although we had absolutely no idea! 😂
During the COVID era, our paths crossed at the airport while we were both there for COVID testing. Masks on 😷, faces hidden, and completely unaware that we had just crossed paths with someone who would one day become so important to us. ❤️
Fast forward to June 2021 ⏩… we found ourselves on the night team together. At first, it was just the occasional “Hi” and “Hello” 👋🏽. Nothing serious… or so we thought! 😂
Then he started disturbing her! 😏😂 And somehow, he found the perfect excuse to keep the teasing going—bringing up that hug just to get a reaction out of her. 🤣 What started as playful teasing slowly turned into conversations, friendship, and eventually, a decision to give us a try. ❤️
Neither of us was quite ready for anything serious at the time. With school calling and life taking us in different directions, we figured we would simply see where this little thing between us would go. 🎓😂
Well… apparently, we liked where it was going! 😂❤️
One year became another, “let’s just try” became “let’s keep trying,” and somewhere along the way, we went from two people figuring things out to two people choosing each other—again and again. 🥹❤️
And after all these years of trying… we somehow ended up here, getting married! 💍😂❤️
Who would have thought that two masked strangers at an airport would eventually find their way to each other?
What started unexpectedly became a friendship, a love, a journey—and now, a lifetime together. 🥰✨

How we met
How We Met ❤️
Our story began at the airport during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, where we met while taking COVID tests. It was nothing more than a few “hellos” and “his”—and honestly, I didn’t even know his name! 😂 With our nose masks on, I barely even knew what he looked like.
Apparently, though, he had noticed me at the cafeteria and was curious about “the lady who was always by herself, laughing at something on her phone.” 😂
By June 2021, we started crossing paths more often while working different shifts. A playful “hug” joke eventually became the beginning of our friendship, accompanied by plenty of teasing.
Then, on 29 July 2021, he sent me a message on WhatsApp after my night shift. We instantly clicked, and soon we were talking almost every day. 💕
A few months later, after he visited me every day while I was sick, we went to the beach on 29 October 2021. Somewhere between all the talking and laughter, we realised we wanted to give love a try.
And here we are, five years later, still giving it a try—this time into marriage! 😂❤️
What started with a simple “hello” at an airport became our forever.
